Elazığ province, located in eastern Turkey, suffered a 4.2 degree earthquake on Monday afternoon that caused the collapse of a 6-storey residential building, a moment that was recorded live by cameras. The event however did not cause casualties, since the building had been evacuated after being damaged by the 6.8-degree earthquake that Elazığ suffered at the end of January, which caused 41 deaths and damaged hundreds of buildings in the region.
