The US ambassador to Turkey, Jeff Flake, has published on Instagram a photo of him running on the roofs of the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul emulating James Bond in the movie Skyfall: an image that has had a great echo in media in Turkey. Flake said he mimicked the Daniel Craig scene because he “loves the history of this place.”
