The history of Cappadocia, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, was shown in a show with 3D mapping technology projected on the “fairy chimneys” of the famous ruins of Zelve. The show, about 30 minutes long, was seen by a large audience, who was able to contemplate the history of this region and the many civilizations that Cappadocia has seen rise and fall: from Assyrians and Hittites, through Persians, Romans and Byzantines, to the Seljuks and Ottomans.
