Two hotels in Istanbul have been chosen by the well-known online booking portal TripAdvisor among the best in the world, based on the ratings and reviews of more than one and a half million customers. Thus, in its recently published 2023 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best Top Hotels list, TripAdvisor places the Romance Hotel Istanbul in 7th place in a ranking that leads the Rambagh Palace in Jaipur (India) as the best hotel in the world. The Romance Istanbul Hotel also occupies 2nd place in the TripAdvisor ranking of the best hotels in Europe, surpassed only by the Shangri-La The Shard Hotel in London.
In the category of Best Small Hotels (hotels with 30 or fewer rooms) another hotel in Istanbul, the White House Hotel, also occupies the No. 1 position as the best hotel in the world for the second consecutive year.
