Antalya, one of the main destinations for foreign tourism in Turkey, received one million tourists during the first quarter of this year, surpassing the records of 2022. Only in the month of April, the arrival of tourists has increased by 60% compared to the previous year. By nationality, the main countries of origin of the tourism that visits Antalya are Russia (30%), Germany (24%) and the United Kingdom, followed by Iran, Poland, Israel, Denmark, Ukraine and the Netherlands. The authorities expect a good tourist season for 2023, with an increase in the arrival of tourists from Europe and Israel in particular.
