4 teachers died in a tragic traffic accident that occurred yesterday evening in the province of Adana, in southern Turkey, when a large rock hit their car during a landslide that affected the road that connects the towns of Saimbeyli and Feke. The tragedy occurred when the teachers were returning to Feke from the Saimbeyli school, where they taught primary and secondary classes. The Turkish Minister of Education, Mahmut Özer, has expressed his consternation for the terrible accident and conveyed his condolences to the families of the victims.
