The “Eclipse”, a yacht owned by the EU-sanctioned Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich, has been seen docked in the Turkish town of Marmaris, on the southern coast of the Aegean Sea, after leaving Barcelona and stopping in Montenegro and Crete. With 162 metres long and valued in near 500 million dollars, the “Eclipse” is the 2nd largest private yacht in the world. Some media outlets have suggested that Abramovich could be planning to reside permanently in Turkey, and even buy a football club like Göztepe, from İzmir.
