Located in the Kuruçeşme neighbourhood of the Beşiktaş district, Alaylı Street is officially, at only 89 centimetres wide, the narrowest street in Istanbul, to the point that two people cannot pass through it at the same time. More and more curious people know it and come to this place to take a photo: “On weekends, this is full of people taking photos,” says a neighbour.
