The heavy rains that have fallen in recent hours in Istanbul have particularly affected the Silivri district, to the west of the city, causing significant floods and leaving cars and businesses under water in many areas. Other affected districts have been Esenyurt and Beylikdüzü. Meteorologists warn that the rains and the risk of flooding will continue tomorrow.
