Turkey has presented the prototype of a ventilator of its own design and manufacture, of which it is planned to initially manufacture at least 250 units that will be donated to the country’s hospitals to face the coronavirus, and could even be sent to other countries. The ventilator has been designed by the Turkish technology company BIOSYS with support from other Turkish technology companies. According to the latest figures, there are already 13,531 people with COVID-19 in Turkey, which has so far registered 214 deaths.
