Empty streets in Istanbul during 4th curfew for coronavirus

The streets of Üsküdar, a district located in the Asian side of Istanbul, look empty in this video and with the only company of pigeons during the 4th curfew decreed by the Turkish government to stop the COVID-19 pandemic. The latest data indicate that the number of daily coronavirus infections in Turkey has fallen below 2,000, while the number of patients discharged in one day exceeds 4,400.
