Thousands of Lebanese took to the streets of Beirut to protest and demand the resignation of the government after the gigantic explosion that a few days ago destroyed much of the city, causing 150 deaths and 5,000 injuries, damages of 15,000 million dollars and leaving 300,000 people without home. During the protest, protesters symbolically hanged politicians whom they accuse of negligence and corruption; several groups clashed with the police and even entered the headquarters of the Foreign and Energy Ministries, leaving 100 injured.
