The historic İshak Paşa Palace, located in the extreme east of Turkey and one of the best examples of Ottoman architecture, as well as a candidate for World Heritage Site, has reopened its doors to tourists after the stoppage by the coronavirus. Located in the Doğubayazıt district of the Turkish province of Ağrı, the palace was built in the 17th century and has 116 rooms. It is the 2nd largest palace in Turkey after the Topkapı Palace in Istanbul.
