The snow that fell in eastern Turkey has left spectacular images of the historic Ottoman palace of Ishak Pasha (İshak Paşa Sarayı, in Turkish): so, many tourists have taken this opportunity to visit the spectacular monument. Located in the Doğubayazıt district of the Ağrı province, on the border between Turkey and Iran, its construction began in the 17th century, being one of the few historical palaces from the Ottoman era that are still preserved. It is, in fact, the 2nd largest palace in Turkey, only surpassed by the Topkapı Palace in Istanbul.
