A fire that broke out yesterday on the fourth floor of a building in the center of the city of Adana, in southern Turkey, devastated completely a workshop dedicated to gold jewellery. The fire, which spread rapidly throughout the building spreading to other rooms, broke out around 3:00 p.m. and forced the intervention of several fire departments. The building, which housed several businesses, was evacuated in time without causing casualties, but the causes of the fire are now being investigated.
