Turkey, fire in a historic building in Bursa

Fire destroys 200-year-old building in Bursa

A terrible fire completely destroyed a 200-year-old historic building in the city of Bursa in northwestern Turkey early Sunday. The fire was triggered by a stove in an Ottoman-style building on a street in the Yahşibey neighbourhood, and forced firefighters – who took 2 hours to put it under control – to evacuate several buildings in the vicinity.
