Rocky, a dog that has been photographed countless times since 2011 in exactly the same place in the beautiful Kuzguncuk district, located on the Asian side of Istanbul, has gone viral on social media after the American singer Halsey shared a photo with him on Instagram. The people of the neighbourhood affectionately call Rocky “muhtar” (head of the town) because he seems to always be watching what happens around; his owner says that since he was adopted in 2009 as a puppy, Rocky loves to climb the wall of the garden of the house and observe the neighbourhood.
