Balloon rides, which were suspended following quarantine measures by the coronavirus pandemic, have temporarily return to the skies of Cappadocia. A total of 11 balloons were airborne in the Kılıçlar Valley, in the Göreme district, during a training flight for new pilots. In Cappadocia normally 150 balloons fly every day, but tourist balloon rides will not resume until July 1.
