On the occasion of his participation in the UN General Assembly, Turkish President Tayyip Erdoğan inaugurated this week the new headquarters of the so-called Turkish House (Türkevi) in NY city: a 36-story skyscraper in the heart of Manhattan and near the United Nations headquarters, which houses the permanent embassy of Turkey to the UN and the headquarters of the Turkish consulate in New York.
