The Turkish consortium TOGG has announced that it will practically double the production of its new electric car model to cover the high demand it has received, since after the reservation period opened, in the first 24 hours more units were sold than the planned for a whole year, reaching 100,000 cars sold in 7 days. Initially TOGG had announced that the first 12,000 vehicles of its T10X model -whose reservation period ends precisely today- would be delivered in October after a draw; however, given the high number of requests, the Turkish firm has postponed the draw until March 28, also indicating that 20,000 units will be delivered in that first batch.
