Heavy snowfall in some areas has forced tunnels up to 6 meters high into the snow to clear roads in Yüksekova, in Turkey‘s far south-eastern Hakkari province. After working day and night, operators managed to clear 17 km of the local road to prevent the inhabitants of the area from being cut off by snow.
