Several people walking near a hospital in Trabzon province on the northern coast of Turkey took by surprise a patient who was trying to flee the hospital by slipping out the window with sheets tied. Unfortunately for him, his makeshift rope fell short and witnesses alerted hospital security, who quickly caught him and returned him to his room. It later emerged that the escapee was a man of foreign nationality who had just been diagnosed as positive for coronavirus.
