Menica Encü, a 120-year-old woman who lives in a town in the Şırnak province, in southeastern Turkey, has managed to defeat the coronavirus after receiving treatment for COVID-19 during 15 days in a hospital in the region. She was discharged amid applause by the medical staff, whom she thanked “for taking very good care of me.” Menica, who has consumed only organic products all her life, has 12 children and more than 100 grandchildren.
