Istanbul airport, 1st in the world certified safe against coronavirus

The new Istanbul airport became this week the first in the world to receive a health security accreditation from Airports Council International (ACI), which certifies that it complies with all hygiene and health regulations against the coronavirus to protect travellers and employees. Through the Airport Health Accreditation program, ACI assesses whether airports meet the standards of cleanliness, disinfection, social distance, physical separation, protection of personnel, information to passengers and preparation of facilities against the pandemic.
