Alparslan Tosun, a resident of the Turkish province of Manisa, found a 20 cm knife embedded in the seat of a new car that he had just bought for his wife after he sustained a deep cut on his finger while cleaning the vehicle. The knife, embedded in the area where the lower back rests on the seat, could have seriously injured the driver. Rather than offer a sincere apology, the manufacturer tried to cover up the incident, prompting the couple to file a lawsuit in court.
