Ukraine‘s Interior Minister Denys Monastyrsky, his deputy minister and several senior ministry officials were among the 18 dead when the helicopter they were traveling in crashed into a kindergarten and a block of flats on the outskirts of Kyiv this morning. The tragic accident also left 29 injured, 15 of them children.
