İbrahim Halil Kiraz, a hotel worker in Istanbul, has died after spending 5 months in a hospital. Kiraz was found injured and unconscious at his workplace in July 2019, in what was thought to be an accident. A subsequent police investigation showed however that the victim was killed after suffering a beating at the hands of his companions, upset with him because he “worked too much” and his boss demanded that they worked as well as he did.
