Located in the mountains of Trabzon province, on the Turkish Black Sea coast, the Derebaşı Bends, a road built in the early 20th century, is considered one of the most dangerous roads in the world and has become quite a target for lovers of adrenaline and adventure. The route was hastily built in 1914 when Russia invaded the region, but it was not intended for cars. Without guardrails, without space for two cars, with impossible bends and frequent landslides, it has already claimed several lives.
