A security camera captured the terrible moment when a 12-story residential building suddenly collapsed in Miami (Florida, United States), for reasons that are still unknown. At the moment there are 4 dead and 159 missing, while the difficult rescue tasks in the area continue. US President Joe Biden has approved the emergency declaration for Florida to send federal aid to the disaster area. There are several missing people from Latin America: 6 citizens from Paraguay, 6 from Colombia, 6 from Venezuela, 9 from Argentina and 3 from Uruguay.
