As part of the normalization process started today, Turkey began to lift curfews and some restrictions, including the reopening of restaurants and cafes, in the provinces with least coronavirus infections. From today restaurants and cafes can open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 50% of their capacity and serving only customers who show a valid HES health code, except in provinces with a very high risk level, where they will continue to serve just take-away food like so far.
