A historic mansion on the banks of the Marmara in the Caddebostan neighborhood, located in the Asian district of Kadıköy in Istanbul, will be taken up for auction as part of a bank embargo process. The iconic Ragıp Paşa mansion, built in 1906 and known among the locals as “the haunted mansion“, has been officially priced at 234 million liras, about 36 million euros.
