Ecuadorian citizen transporting drugs from Madrid dies in Istanbul

An Ecuadorian citizen who had arrived at the Istanbul airport on a flight from Madrid and who was transporting drugs acting as a “mule”, tragically died when two of the cocaine capsules he was carrying in his stomach exploded. The 45-year-old man, identified by the initials ZXFL, collapsed in the departure terminal when he was about to get a flight to Quito, vomiting blood and later dying in a hospital, where it was found that he was carrying 400 grams of drug in the stomach. The tragic moment was captured by the airport security cameras.
