The Turkish private airline AtlasGlobal (former known as Atlasjet) has announced the suspension of all its flights and is declared bankrupt. Founded in 2001 as a charter company, AtlasGlobal was flying to 18 national and international destinations. The airline dragged financial problems since 2018 that worsened with the costs of moving to the new Istanbul airport. At the end of 2019, it had to temporarily suspend its flights and fire part of his workforce to restructure its debt, estimated at several million dollars.
