An earthquake of more than 5 degrees was registered this Thursday morning in the province of Siirt, in southeastern Turkey. The earthquake broke out at 8:45 a.m. local time (6:45 CET) at a depth of 14 km with epicentre in the Kurtalan district and there are no reports of victims, although it did cause panic among the population.
