For the third day in a row, firefighting personnel fought tirelessly this Friday against the wildfire that threatens the tourist resort of Marmaris, on the Aegean Sea coast of Turkey, where it has already burned more than 3,400 hectares of forests and has so far left 29 injured. Aircrafts from Azerbaijan and Qatar are helping in the attempt to contain the flames, which for now seem impossible to stop due to strong winds in the area. The first investigations suggest that the fire was caused by a man, now detained, due to a dispute with his family over the distribution of some lands.
