Turkey condemns “heinous” ISIS terror attack in Moscow

Turkey immediately condemned the terror attack in Moscow on Friday night claimed by ISIS, which killed more than a hundred people and injured dozens in what is already considered one of the worst terrorist attacks in Russia’s history.

In a statement, the Turkish foreign ministry condemned what it described as a “heinous terrorist attack” against innocent civilian victims, and expressed its sincere and deep condolences to the people and government of Russia. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan telephoned his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov, to whom he also conveyed his condemnation and condolences for the ISIS terrorist attack in Moscow.
