A driver suffered a spectacular accident in Gebze, near Istanbul, when his truck, which was travelling on the TEM highway, went off the road on a bridge and was left hanging in the void with the driver inside the cab. Several witnesses of the accident called 112, and quickly teams of firefighters moved to the scene and managed to rescue the driver, who was taken to a hospital and does not suffer serious injuries. The police are investigating the causes of the accident, although everything indicates that he was speeding.
