Driver who intentionally blocked an ambulance, finally fined

Police have finally identified and fined the driver who was filmed deliberately blocking the path of an ambulance with its sirens on as it was driving on the D-100 highway near Maltepe in Istanbul, while on its way to Pendik to pick up a patient. The driver, identified by the acronym T. Ş., has also received a suspension of his driving license until he proves that he is physically and mentally fit.
