Syria, Russian bombings on Idlib

Turkey expresses concerns to Russia about bombings in Syria

Turkey has conveyed to Russia through the Russian embassy in Ankara its concern over the latest bombings carried out on the Syrian province of Idlib, as confirmed by Turkish government sources cited by that country’s media. Turkey considers that these attacks threaten security and stability in this region; one of the most recent attacks, in which a civilian was killed, occurred at the Bab al-Hawa border crossing, which is vital for the delivery of humanitarian aid from Turkey to 2.4 million refugees in Syria.
