The city of Kharkov, the second largest in Ukraine and whose population is mainly Russian-speaking, suffers a brutal bombardment using what look like thermobaric weapons, whose explosions are horrific. Some sources report that Putin ordered his generals to use all firepower to defeat the Ukrainian resistance in Kharkov, regardless of civilian casualties. As the EU warned today, Russia could be committing crimes against humanity in Kharkov.
