Queues to buy cologne, people with masks on the street and on public transport, empty shelves in supermarkets … The day after the news of the first case of coronavirus detected in Turkey, people lived in the main cities of the country with scenes of nervousness and some panic among many citizens, who massively bought products such as toilet paper, flour, pasta, bottled water, and disinfectant products. Some supermarkets had to limit the number of cleaning products per person to a maximum of 3 items.
